CAAB October Inspiration Card using Reindeer Ears Costume Boy

Hi there. I'm delighted to be sharing my very Christmasy October Inspiration Card using the fabulous Reindeer Ears Costume digital stamp. Isn't he wonderful! If you like this guy there are tons of awesome digital stamps to suit all occasions over at the Cute As A Button Store.


I've coloured him using Touch Five Markers and Pencils. I've added tatten embossed red paper to the bottom and die cut snowflakes in white card and stuck to blue paper for the rest of the background to give it a Christmasy feel. I've stuck yellow textured ribbon over them to cover the join between them. The sentiment is from Desert Diva Blog.

GSD Pink Baby Girl Card

Hello. I'm sharing a baby girl card I've made using a Gerda Steiner Designs digital stamp called Elephant and Bird. I haven't made may baby girl cards before so I had lots of fun creating this one.


I've coloured this image in watercolour pencils. I created the background with red and pink acrylic paint that I splatted on some card. I've embellished with a heart banner die cut, a die cut safety pin and a small pink handmade bow.

SG Hoppy Christmas Frog Card

Hi. I'm starting to try to build up my Christmas cards so I've created this fun card using Sasayaki Glitter's Christmas Frog digital stamp. There are lots of wonderful Christmas images at the Sasayaki Glitter Etsy Shop. This image is currently the October Progressive Sasayaki Glitter Facebook Challenge #22 image. I've coloured him using Touch Five Markers and Pencils.



This is the sketch.

I used two layers of Distress Inked embossed paper. Then I used twig die cuts and a flower punch with yellow pearls in the center to embellish this card. I've computer generated the sentiment.

CDD Happy Haunting Cards

Hello. I'm stopping by with two card this time for my first Craftin Desert Diva's Facebook Gallery Group October Mood Board Challenge inspiration cards.

I've used the fabulous Happy Haunting (this link includes my Affiliate) Digital Stamp Set to create two scenes on these cards. This is such a brilliant set by Craftin Desert Diva's you could use this set over and over again creating lots of different scenes.


This first one card I've coloured using Touch Five Markers and Pencils. I've framed the image and used fake spider web Halloween house decoration to create the background.

On the second card I've coloured using Touch Five Markers and Pencils. I created a moon behind the image. For the background I splatter black Acrylic Paint.


For both of these cards I've used the October Mood Board Challenge Photo as my inspiration. On the first card the pumpkin, candle, colours and wording on the Mood Board were the inspiration. On the second card it was all about the colours and wording.

LS Christmas Wreath Mouse Card

Hello. It's the start of a new challenge over at Lemon Shortbread Challenge Blog. I'm here to share with you my card as inspiration for this challenge. It's an Anything Goes Challenge #52.

The image I've used a lovely Christmas image called Christmas Wreath Mouse. You can find lots of beautiful digital stamps to suit lots of occasions over at the Lemon Shortbread Etsy Store.


I've coloured this image using Coloured Ball Point Biro Pens. To create the background I've scored some squares into the paper using my score board and lightly ran a Vintage Photo Distress Ink Pad along the paper to give a wooden door look. I added some tiny snowflake punches and a yellow gem as a door handle.

CDD Space Cadets Easel Card

Hello. I'd like to share my first Craftin Desert Diva's card of the month. I've used the fabulous Space Cadets (this link includes my Affiliatly link) digital stamp set to create another Easel Card. This set has so many awesome images that can be used for lots of different occasions with sentiments to match that come with this wonderful set.



I've coloured the images using mainly Rembrandt Aquarell Pencils. To created the top and bottom background I've used coloured card and splattered Acrylic paint on them. The sentiment came with the images. To create a planet for the boy and the bottom half of this card I've used Craftin Desert Diva's Garden Boarder Die Set.

CAAB Wizard Of Oz Friends - Easel Card

Hello! I'd like to share my Cute As A Button Inspiration Easel Card for the new Cute As A Button Blog. This card is for Challenge #38 this challenge is a Anything Goes. Please come and join the fun for a chance to win so gorgeous Cute As A Button images. I've used this amazing Cute As A Button digital stamp collection called Wizard Of Oz Bundle. It's such a fabulous bundle. If you'd like to see more stunning images created by Cute As A Button Store.



I've coloured these gorgeous image using using watercolour pencils then fussy cut them out. This is probably my partner's favourite films. It was his idea to add a castle behind, a yellow road underneath and he wrote the sentiment for me. I designed the castle in the background on my Brother Scan N Cut using basic shapes a while ago. I used a template I made with my machine which I cut out and coloured green. Then I used a brick embossing folder for the road of my easel card.

SD Circus Elephant and Lion Card

Hi there, today I'm also sharing my Scrappers Delight Design's September Monthly Facebook Challenge using Elephant 1. I've created a digital scene by adding another Scrappers Delight Design digital stamp called Circus Lion, Tiger & Bear. I've coloured using Watercolour Pencils. Outlaws September Challenge Anne Fentons Cat Digi

Hello. I'm sharing my card for this month's Outlaws September Monthly Progressive Challenge. This month's beautiful image called Cat is by Anne Fenton. Here is a link to her Blog.


I've coloured this cute image using coloured ball point biro pens. I used a flicking motion to make the fur look realistic. Then using a scalloped circle die cut and wove string though it and added a string bow for added texture and interest. I created a diamond fold card to mount the image on. I finished of with some pre-made flowers to fill in the base of this card. I've yet to add a sentiment to this card as I think it could work as either a birthday or thank you card.

LS Girl on Swing Card

Hello friends, I'm sharing my latest card for the Lemon Shortbread Challenge Blog inspiration card for Challenge #51. I've used Girl on Swing. Here is where you can find more beautiful Lemon Shortbread Digital Stamp.


I've used a mixture of Do Crafts watercoloured pens, Touch Five Markers and pencil colours on this lovely image. I them fussy cut her out. I decided to frame her and used flower die cut to cover the join between the frame and the image. Then I finished off by adding gems to the frame.

CDD Apple Of My Eye Easel Card

Hi. I'm back with a super cute long easel card. This card has been made using a adorable Craftin Desert Diva's digital stamp called Apple Of My Eye.



I've coloured the image using Touch Five Markers and Pencils. The scene (grass layers, fence and flower) are a mix of two Craftin Desert Diva's Die Cut Set called Outdoor Landscape 2 Die Set and Garden Boarder Die Set. I used the sentiment that came with the image and turned it into a sign post. I've finished of by adding diamond glaze to his eyes, nose, teeth and apple to give them a shine and make them look more realistic.

SG Barbie Mate Card

Hi. I've created a card as inspiration for the Sasayaki Glitter Facebook Barbie Mate Challenge using Barbie Mate digital stamp. I've coloured him in Touch Five Markers and Pencils. I've embellished with a flourish dies by M&C Boutique die cut sold at The Works. The sentiment is a Simply B Stamp I thought it would pair with the image perfectly. For the background I've used a die cut to create the background.

GSD Sweet Tooth Mouse Christmas Card

Hello. I'd like to share my Christmas Card that I've made for Gerda Steiners Designs September Progressive Challenge using this adorable digital stamp called Sweet Tooth Mouse but I've added a Christmas Hat to him. Please stop by the challenge to find details of how to join in.


I've coloured the image using Touch Five Markers and Pencils. I fussy cut the mouse out along with some Gingerbread Men Tatty Twinkle digital stamp images. The sentiment is a Peachy Keen Stamp. I used an embossed folder to create the top part of the background. The bottom part of the background I've created by splitting watered down blue Acrylic Paint on card.

CAAB September Inspiration Card using Winter Mocha Latte

I've coloured her using Touch Five Markers and Pencils. I've layered a Christmas embossed blue paper under the image. I've created a big white winter lace flower out of Spellbinders dies and embellished with white flourish dies by M&C Boutique die cut sold at The Works to create my winter looking card. I've finished of with a small handmade bow in the top left corner.

Hello. I'm sharing a Autumn inspired Shaker Card. I have created this card using a sweet Craftin Desert Diva's digital stamp called Java Fox.


I've coloured the image using Touch Five Markers and Pencils. The grass, trees, leaves and flowers are a mix of two Craftin Desert Diva's Die Cut Set called Outdoor Landscape 2 Die Set and Garden Boarder Die Set. I've used the leaves to make a shaker card. I also used the leaves to create a background.

LS Oak Leaf Fairy Shaker Card

Hi. I decided to make a very Autumn looking card full of orange, yellow, red and a bit of green. I've made this card for my Lemon Shortbread Challenge Blog Inspiration card for Challenge #50. I used Oak Leaf Fairy. She is a very beautiful Lemon Shortbread Digital Stamp.


As she's a fairy I decided to play around blending different autumn pencil colours. When I was colouring I got the idea to create a leaf shaker card similar to one I created around this time last year. I've used die cut leaves and embellished with die cuts on the frame.

CDD Interactive Farmtastic Card

Hello! I'm here to share my interactive boys card using a a Craftin Desert Diva's  fabulous digital stamp set called Farmtastic. The sentiment is included in the set.

I've coloured the image with Touch Five Markers and Pencils. I've die cut the Garden Boarder Die Set big die cut and coloured it using Distress Ink. I've create a big blue spotted background paper for the sky. Then to finish off I've added the sun from the Space Cadets Digital Stamp Set. The interactive part of this card is a slide tab that when pulled makes the tractor move across the card.

I made the slide tab by getting a layer of card in the middle on foam tape with a hole cut in the center a tab is running under it and two pieces of card stuck from the wheels to the tab (so they are threaded though the hole.) I hope that makes sence.

ABB Septembers FB Colouring Challenge

Hello. I'm happy to be back to share my inspiration card for the new Art By Barb Design's September Facebook Progressive Colouring Challenge. This gorgeous image is this month's free image from this colour challenge. She is called Swirls. I've digitally paired her with Bee Dresser Set. Which is a fabulous set including flowers, fruit, a bee, butterflies, a girl (not Swirls) and lots of sentiment most of which I used on this card.

ABB Holy Night Snow Globe Card

Hi. I'd like to share with you today my Christmas Snow Globe Card using a Art By Barb image called Holy Night. I love Art By Barb images isn't he wonderful!!


I've coloured him using Touch Five Markers and Pencils. I used handmade texture paste to add snow drops in the sky. I've created the card shape myself. The sentiment I found from Desert Diva Blog. I've embellished with die cut flowers which I've added small gems to the centre of and branches.

CDD Bendi Fold Card using Cool Treats

Hi! I'd like to be sharing my bendi fold card. It was nearly a year ago when I made my first one and I've not made one since so I'm happy I remembered how to make it. I have created this card using a few Craftin Desert Diva's wonderful digital stamp set called Cool Treats.



I love how this card turned out. I've coloured everything on this card the children and flowers have been coloured with Touch Five Markers and Pencils. The grass, bush, trees and sky are all coloured using Distress Inks and watercolours. I've used two Craftin Desert Diva's Die Cut Set called Outdoor Landscape 2 Die Set and Garden Boarder Die Set. I've used every die cut in these two sets to create the background.

GSD Birthday Monster Boys CAS Card

Hello. I'm here today to share my card for Gerda Steiners Designs August Progressive Challenge using a sweet fuzzy image called Birthday Monster. Please stop by the challenge to find details of how to join in.
I used a clean and simple Sketch Layout Challenge called CAS(E) this Sketch Challenge.


I've used this current CAS(E) this Sketch Challenge #235

I've coloured him using coloured Biro ball pens and pencils (for his eyes and horns.) I fussy cut him out. I used an embossed folder to create a simple background. The sentiment is a digital stamp created by Tracy Wray from Crafty Cats 957 Designs Digital Stamps. I added fluffy wool to the card to finish off the card and look more like the sketch.

CDD Side Stepper Cool Treats Card

Hello!! I'm so happy to be sharing my new side stepper card. I've created this card using some of the Craftin Desert Diva's  fabulous digital stamp set called Cool Treats. This set is brilliant there are so many combination possibility to create so many cards and backgrounds.



I've had a super fun time with this card. I think scene cards are one my favourite type of card to make.
